I called the company for the first time on Monday. Chad got back to me on a busy Monday (same day I called) and Tuesday was able to get the plumbing issue fixed! Pat and Chad were on top of it, provided amazing customer service, and the invoice was reasonable. We were referred to Litteken because we had a company crush our sewer lines in a December. Litteken came out within an hour. It was a Friday afternoon and then they came back and worked late into the night to make sure we had running water for the weekend. Litteken worked hard and took the time to make sure we could document the company who had caused the issue. The team had to hand dig a lot! Chad has patiently worked with us on the billing too! I could not give anything but praises to this company and I highly recommend them!
