Litteken Plumbing was founded by Chad and Tricia Litteken in 2014. Chad is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health, and has been in the plumbing industry for 25 years. Tricia has an M.B.A. and over 15 years experience in Corporate Project Management and Finance. We started with a small team, but have grown over the years to keep up with increasing demands in our industry.
We employ a growing team of dedicated, state-licensed professionals.

I called the company for the first time on Monday. Chad got back to me on a busy Monday (same day I called) and Tuesday was able to get the plumbing issue fixed! Pat and Chad were on top of it, provided amazing customer service, and the invoice was reasonable. I had zero hassle, did not need to chase them down day after day or beg for them to help me or wait a week or two. We were referred to Litteken because we had a company crush our sewer lines in a December. Litteken came out within an hour. It was a Friday afternoon and then they came back and worked late into the night to make sure we had running water for the weekend. Litteken worked hard and took the time to make sure we could document the company who had caused the issue. The team had to hand dig a lot! Chad has patiently worked with us on the billing too! I could not give anything but praises to this company and I highly recommend them!
